City Champions Award- NASVI Awarded by Josh Talks and Omidyar Network India
On Friday 22nd March 2024 at the Management Development Institute Gurugram Mr. Arbind Singh as a guest lecture presented his session on CSOs and Social entrepreneurship. The lecture aimed to expose the participants to CSOs and their impact through advocacy on public governance. Mr. Arbind Singh shared the journey of NIDAN and how as an entrepreneur there are challenges one faces. He also mentioned how in today’s scenario what important role social entrepreneur plays in catalytic change. He also shared about the projects that NIDAN is working on and how it is impacting a larger number of beneficiaries all across the Nation. The session was a great medium for the students to enlighten and to get the learnings and expertise from someone who has worked at the grassroots level and is a successful entrepreneur and leader.
