He is a bridge between the poorest of the poor and Delhi’s cabinet ministers — the architects of India’s growth and development plans. He is an Ashoka Fellow (2007) and Schwab Social Entrepreneur of the Year, India (2008). He has been applauded for his ability to get things done in an area (Bihar) where few organizations have had an impact.

the program and field activities related to the Solid Waste Management and Sanitation program, He is associated with Nidan since 2002, He interacts with State, District, and Municipal officers and waste pickers. He is responsible for the innovation and sustainability of program and operations activities.

Sangeeta Singh advocates the cause of informal workers along with the rights of Women and Children. she started the Bihar chapter of FORCES: Forum for crèche and child care services in 2002 and since then she has been working for informal women workers and children between 0-6 years advocating their causes at various forums.
Vishal Anand has an overall experience of more than 15 years in managing he is working in Nidan since 2013, Vishal is responsible for managing different programmes and projects and projects operation across various social & rural themes – proven expertise in managing programmes for Corporate Social Responsibility, Urban-Rural development and Community development, Versatile Trainer and worked across 20 states of India.
He coordinates with communities, donor, District Administration, State Administration, Government departments and the Ministry for Rural and Urban areas programs for Linkages, Entitlements, Livelihood, Bio Gas – Gobardhan, Water and Sanitation, Water Security, Legal Aid and Rights, Education, Health, Financial Services, Advocacy, Social Security and other innovative programmes for the uplifted of informal sector workers, women and children.
He is responsible for Capacity Building, Leadership, FSSAI and other various training on different components.
Athira Rana holds the post of Outreach and Partnership Manager at NIDAN. She is responsible for managing and developing funds as well as curation of reports and projects for the organization. She is a postgraduate in Humanities from Delhi University, North Campus. Athira believes there is no limit to gathering knowledge and is currently pursuing her second Master’s degree in Social Work from Indira Gandhi National Open University in order to learn more about the social sector while working in it. Athira has proven experience in content curation and administration. She worked with ODEPC Ltd. (A Govt. of Kerala Undertaking under the Labour Ministry) as the Centre Admin at its Delhi Branch for more than two and a half years. There, she was working closely with the Head office in the implementation of programs and training along with liaison with foreign immigration departments.
Lakshay is responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms and overseeing the organization's interactions with the public by implementing social media platforms' content strategies. Her duties include analyzing engagement data, identifying trends in customer interactions, and planning digital campaigns to build community online.
Ajit heads Nidan’s operations in Jamshedpur. He leads a team dedicated to improving the lives of informal workers and their children in various pockets of Jamshedpur. Universalisation of education, entitlements and gainful employment is the motto of Nidan intervention in Jamshedpur.
Amit Kumar assists with the planning and coordination of programs and their activities and is also responsible for monitoring the implementation of program policies and practices. He works to keep programs on schedule and functioning smoothly. He supports program growth and development as necessary.
As an MIS, Alka is responsible for data management which includes a timely collection of records, entering data in the MIS system, verifying the data, and reporting. Assist in the development of rational formats for effective and clear reporting, she also supports Community facilitators.
Jay Prakash Singh is working as District Coordinator with Nidan at Location Hajipir, Vaishali, He is responsible for supervising the operations at district-level vendor meetings including overall administration in Hajipur.
Manisha Devi as a Community Facilitator assists the Community Development Team: Mobilize the village community to identify problems and possible interventions as well as facilitate their participation.

Sujata Kumari Supports Facilities Coordinator Assists the public in developing programs and reaching independence in program completion and distribution. Helps people and team with good communication and honest behaviour.
Kiran Srivastava is working as a community facilitator to support people to access their local and wider communities, Liaise with social workers and other relevant professionals. She also supports people to develop their own program of activities.
