Under the Integrated Rural Development Project in Dhule district, Maharashtra, implemented by Nidan with support from the HG Foundation, a general healthcare camp was conducted at the sub-centre in Kal Khede village. The initiative aimed to improve access to basic healthcare services for the community, particularly for those with limited access to medical facilities.
A total of 143 people from the village benefited from the camp, receiving general health check-ups, consultations, and guidance on maintaining overall health and well-being. The camp also helped raise awareness about preventive healthcare and the importance of timely medical attention.
Such initiatives play an important role in strengthening community health systems and ensuring that essential healthcare services reach underserved populations at the grassroots level.
