As part of the Integrated Rural Development and Model Village Programme, a vibrant Sports Day was successfully organized at ZP School, Biladi village, Dhule. The event aimed to encourage physical fitness, teamwork, and overall personality development among students. A range of sports activities, including Kho-Kho, running races, and Kabaddi, were conducted with great enthusiasm. A total of 136 students actively participated, showcasing energy, discipline, and sportsmanship throughout the day. The Sports Day provided students with an opportunity to learn beyond classrooms, helping them develop essential life skills such as cooperation, confidence, and leadership. Such initiatives play a crucial role in promoting holistic development and quality education in rural schools, ensuring the physical and mental well-being of children.
Under the Integrated Rural Development Project, women from Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in Madhubani district participated in an exposure visit to Sudridh Mishrit Aahar Utpadan Kendra, Muzaffarpur—a successful example of a community-led livelihood initiative. The exposure visit aimed to provide practical learning opportunities by showcasing a functioning model of sustainable and inclusive rural livelihoods. During the visit, SHG women interacted with members of the production unit to understand operational processes, quality standards, collective management, and market linkages involved in fortified food production.
NIDAN actively participated in the Bihar Saras Mela by promoting enterprise stalls run by grassroots entrepreneurs, creating a vibrant platform for showcasing locally made products and livelihood initiatives.
Today, we proudly inaugurated the Recreation Centre for Older Age Persons at Narvhal Village. The event was successfully organized by our team. Hon. Mr. Narayan Kachave, Sarpanch of Narvhal Village, and Mr. Anand Sir and his team from HG Infra graced the occasion with their presence. This center has been established to provide a joyful and engaging space for senior citizens where they can spend quality time pursuing their hobbies like reading books, playing board games, and socializing with friends. Together, we aim to bring happiness and togetherness to our elders’ lives.

We are delighted to announce the inauguration of the Stitching Center under Kaushalshala at Piri Panchayat. The event was graced by Dr. Navendu Shankar and the Mukhiya of Piri Panchayat as Chief Guests.
A program was launched at Jaiswal Hall in Babu Barhi Block, Madhubani District, with the support of LIC and Nidan. The event marked the beginning of activities across seven villages in the block. During the launch, a vehicle dedicated to Poshan Maah was flagged off by representatives from the District DIC to spread awareness in the community. The program was attended by block-level staff, public representatives, and key supporters from LIC. From Nidan, Founder Arvind Singh, along with Deepak Ji, Pramod Singh, and Yashwant Kumar, actively participated. Dedicated Nidan team members and supporters were also present to ensure the success of the initiative.
With the support of Nestlé India, Nidan has extended relief to flood-affected families in Srinagar. Dry ration kits are being distributed to ensure that no family is left behind in these testing times. This initiative reflects our shared commitment to stand with communities in moments of crisis. Together, we bring hope, resilience, and strength to Srinagar.
