As part of Nidan’s ongoing Green Drive initiative, students from nearby colleges actively participated in the plantation drive across villages in Dhule district. Their enthusiastic involvement added strength to the community-led effort towards improving green cover and environmental sustainability.
The participation of young students highlights the importance of youth engagement in climate action and community development. Working alongside the Nidan team and local community members, the students contributed to planting saplings and spreading awareness about environmental responsibility.
This initiative forms a key part of Nidan’s Integrated Rural Development Project, supported by the HG Foundation, which focuses on sustainable agriculture, community participation, and long-term ecological balance.
Through collective action involving communities, women, and youth, Nidan continues to work towards greener villages and a sustainable future.
