A mega awareness campaign was organised named Unorganized Workers Registration Campaign (असंगठित मजदूर पंजीकरण अभियान) where registration for E-Shram Card was carried out at Yarpur Slum, Ambedkar Bhawan, Patna.
This program was been organized by NIDAN with support from NSPL team. Workers from the unorganised sector / informal sector i.e. Safai Sathi (Rag Pickers), domestic workers, home based workers actively participated in the programme. Beneficiaries were supported by NIDAN in easing their documentation and necessary information and details of applying for an E-Shram Card.
During the campaign, NIDAN helpline number 9835924010 has been shared among the unorganized sector workers seeking further help related to E-shram card and other social security schemes.
