International Yoga Day Celebrations

Under the LIC HFL Hriday Project, Nidan organised an International Yoga Day programme to promote health, wellness, and healthy living. Community members participated in yoga and wellness activities, highlighting the importance of physical fitness, mental well-being, and a balanced lifestyle.

Under the Integrated Rural Development Project in Dhule district, Maharashtra, implemented by Nidan with support from the HG Foundation, an International Yoga Day programme was organised in Kapadane, bringing together 47 community members in a celebration of health, wellness, and collective well-being.
