A dedicated menstrual and personal hygiene awareness training was organised for adolescent girls as part of the community health initiatives under the project.
The session focused on providing accurate information about menstruation, encouraging safe and hygienic practices, and addressing common myths and misconceptions. Emphasis was placed on helping girls understand bodily changes with confidence and adopt healthy personal hygiene habits in their daily lives.
Through open discussions and guided learning, the training aimed to strengthen self-esteem, awareness, and informed decision-making among adolescent girls, enabling them to manage their health with dignity and confidence.
By promoting awareness and positive practices at an early age, the initiative contributes to building a healthier and more empowered generation.
