A literacy training program has been launched in Chaurahi village, aimed at teaching basic reading, writing, and arithmetic to women above the age of 21, with a strong focus on empowerment and self-reliance.
The workshop brought together team members from different programs to engage in meaningful discussions around policies, program strategies, and long-term planning. It created a space not only for learning but also for reflection and open dialogue.

On the occasion of International Women’s Day (8 March), a series of community workshops were organized across the villages of Chaurahi, Murhaddi, Pirhi, and Satghara in Madhubani. The day was celebrated as a tribute to the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women, while reinforcing the importance of rights, equality, and collective action.
As part of the ongoing agricultural support initiatives in Dhule, field visits were conducted in Narvhal and Kalkhede villages to engage with farmers and understand their current needs.
Children in Anganwadi centres in Dhule were introduced to basic yoga practices as part of daily learning activities.
Around 25 aspiring entrepreneurs from Pirhi, Tirhuta, Khargabanni, and Chaurahi villages participated in the programme. The training focused on building skills in small business management, planning, and growth strategies, helping participants strengthen their entrepreneurial capabilities.

Under the Dhule Rural Development Project, lactating mothers’ kits were distributed in Dapuri village to support the health and well-being of new mothers and their infants. The initiative focuses on improving awareness about postnatal care, hygiene, and nutrition among rural households.
