As part of the Integrated Rural and Community Development Project in Chatra district, focused efforts are being made to strengthen women’s leadership and economic participation through institutional capacity building.
Recently, capacity-building training was provided to office bearers of Self-Help Groups (SHGs) in Chatra, Jharkhand. The training aimed to enhance leadership abilities, improve organisational and financial management skills, and strengthen the role of SHGs in driving local development initiatives.
This intervention contributes to building strong community institutions and supports the project’s broader goal of creating sustainable, inclusive, and self-reliant rural ecosystems in Chatra.
